Senior Recruitment Consultant

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus

Location: Remote / Hybrid Options (East or West Midlands preferred)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network, a genuine passion for their market, and a proven track record in recruitment.

We specialise in Construction (White Collar Permanent), Manufacturing (Temp
& Perm), and Digital roles including Marketing, Office, and IT. Expertise in one of these areas would help us expand our already successful offering. Our business has delivered consistent year-on-year growth for the past four years, and we're now looking to strengthen our team while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
